Organized by the Department of Cultural and Creative Arts of The Education University of Hong Kong, ICMdT2023 was held from 10th to 12th January 2023, themed with “Unfold the Future of Music Education through Technology”, featuring leading academics, researchers, practitioners, and professionals, to exchange and share their experiences and research projects on all aspects of music education with the use of technology.
In the conference, KreativeLab presented a real-life tablet orchestra lesson to our audiences, including teaching the basic operation of mobile music performance application GarageBand, the Grid Notation, the use of virtual instruments, and finally performing as an ensemble.
KreativeLab is grateful to be featured to share our experiences in innovative music learning and teaching with the use of technology. We would continue to develop our programmes to create a more comprehensive and innovative music learning experience for all.
